The major issue in this appeal and cross-appeal is whether in divorce proceedings military retirement pay is to be considered future income to the retiree or property divisible between the parties. Appellant Leroy Cose challenges the superior courts determination that his retirement pay was property acquired during his marriage to appellee and therefore divisible under AS 09.55.210(6).
