Leroy Johnson, Jr. was found guilty by a jury of two counts of sale of a narcotic drug in violation of AS 17;10.010 and was sentenced to serve six years on each count to run concurrently. Specifically, he was charged with selling approximately three-quarters of a gram of cocaine to Michael Porten on July 25, 1976, and an additional similar amount to Porten on August 3, 1976 at Fairbanks, Alaska.
